The Czech-Italian owner of the small, hole-in-the-door style sandwich and coffee place prides himself in his tasty sandwiches (my favorite: the “hipstrami”) and his excellent home-roasted coffee, which he sells to Karlín offices around the corner. As he likes to say: Favoreat is the only place in Prague where you can get an espresso for 23 Kč if you only drive by!
Sadly, Favoreat is located right by a noisy thoroughfare, so you can really only grab your sandwich and head north to the Vltava river bank. And watch out: Favoreat is only open to about 4 p.m., and once the Karlín office lunch crowd is through, the selection is limited or might even be sold out.

Note: Always check the business websites for current opening times! Many smaller cafés in Prague are closed in the evening! Prague restaurants usually offer much cheaper lunch menues!
